You’re here to experience the magic, wander through the art, and make personal connections. Your presence and open mind are your gift.
If you’re new to the Burn, this is the perfect starting point. You’ll learn what it means to be a burner firsthand and get a feel for the culture before you dive into a more involved role.
ARTIST
You have a vision for a sculpture, an interactive piece, a performance, or any kind of art that will live and breathe in our Portal.
Your art is a gift to the community. It’s meant to be engaged with, climbed on, or marveled at. It’s not for sale—its value is in the shared experience.
VOLUNTEER
You’re the backbone of our Portal. You’ll help with everything from building infrastructure to making sure the event runs smoothly and safely.
Your gift is your time and effort. You’ll work a few shifts before, during, or after the event to help the community with other volunteers to keep things running seamlessly.
Theme Camp
You’re a group of people coming together to create a shared space for the whole community. It could be a place to chill, a workshop to learn a skill, or a bar to share drinks.
Your camp offers a unique gift to the Portal, fostering connection and providing a specific service or experience for fellow burners.
